About MCG

Meridian Construction Group (MCG) was created to complement The Meridian Group's (TMG) platform of world-class development projects and existing asset portfolio. We leverage our close relationship with TMG’s Development, Asset Management and Property Management Teams to provide streamlined construction services with improved project efficiency. The result is the delivery of the highest quality projects to TMG, its investors, partners and tenants, while mitigating cost and schedule risks. This highly integrated, cooperative model increases both profitability and quality across the TMG portfolio.

While initially formed as a sister company to TMG, we extend our construction expertise to third-party clients and are active in establishing new relationships across the industry. MCG’s inherent knowledge of development, owner/tenant concerns and investor relations provide a unique perspective that most general contractors do not possess. Hence, MCG can offer a level of care and service to each project that other general contractors cannot.

The MCG leadership team is best in class, with an average of 20+ years’ experience in the construction industry.
