Jason Phillips

President

Jason has over 20 years of experience in construction, development, architecture and law.  He has delivered over $5 Billion of ground-up development and major repositioning projects, including more than $2 billion in construction volume. As the founder and President of Meridian Construction Group, Jason is responsible for the long-term vision and project implementation, overseeing over $30 million annually in construction projects.

Prior to founding MCG, Jason has delivered over $5 billion and 6 million squre feet of ground-up development and major repositioning projects.


Jason received a Bachelor of Architecture from University of Arizona, a MS in Architecture and Building Technology from MIT and a J.D. from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. In addition to being a licensed general contractor, Jason is also licensed to practice both architecture and law.

Amy Moreira

Vice President

Amy is the Vice President of Meridian Construction Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout her career, Amy has demonstrated exceptional leadership and project management skills, overseeing projects $1 billion in construction revenue. She is responsible for overseeing all construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Amy also manages the company’s strategic planning, client relations, and operational efficiency, playing a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and success.
 

Prior to joining MCG, Amy worked at a Fortune 500 national home building company managing the construction of low-rise and mid-rise condo projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. Amy also spent 12 years at Turner Construction managing projects in various market sectors, including commercial, residential, K-12, municipal and healthcare projects. She also spent time in their finance and estimating departments.


Amy received a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech.
